Aras is an NPC and serves as a Mini Boss in Immortal Unchained. NPCs are characters that provide information, items and quests to the player in the game.
Information about Aras
- Aras is a Prime whose duty is to find a solution to prevent the Prime's fate when the Endtime arrive, and he was responsible of releasing the player as he believing you as 'a secret weapons only in dire times required'
- After reaching the Grand Hall, he will tasked the player to reset 3 Nexus cores in order to hard-reset the Monolith that causing the rifts across multiple worlds, allowing the Undeads to invade and wreck havoc. Once all the Nexus cores have been reset, he will asked you to return to Grand Hall for further instruction
- After informing of the progress, the rifts congregated within the Grand Hall, resulting in multiple waves of Undeads invaded. Aras will asked the player to buy him some time for him to stabilized the Monolith. Once you've cleared all the waves, the cutscene will appeared, showing Aras successfully stabilized the Monolith, closing all the rifts across the realms
- Aras will informed the player that the sources have been found - lies deep within the place called "The Stream" and it cannot be opened via the Monolith, but by a special method that required the "hearts" of the three Beasts: Iska, Queen of the Undead; Arlen, Spirit of the Forest and Malog the Mad Beast
- After giving him all 3 hearts, he will conjured a special gateway that allowing you to access the Stream. The cutscene will appeared, showing him revealed his true role, and the true nature of the Beasts: they were once Cathal's - the player's true identity - children, born from Cathal's fragment heart, with no other goal but to ease his loneliness. The Primes separated Cathal's children, scattered them across the realm, and corrupting them into cruel, mindless monsters in order to fulfilled their Prophecy while wiping out his memories and locked him down in chains. He also revealed his satisfaction of getting him killing his own children to further his goal, before completely turning hostile against the player.
- After killing him, you can collect Data Slate and other items from his body
