AnonymousI sugest starting with mercenary because of the Perk of 5% damage reduction AND the extra life Aspect, making him the toughest class ( more than wanderer that starts with no shirine and the Life regen on kill Ascpect sucks). Merc also begin with the second high STR (good for shotguns, op in this game) and good stats in Endurance (stamina), Insight(mana), that you dont need to upgrade further.

Start with merc, get veridian shotgun after prologue , get "Legion Auto-Shotgun" in world 2 , get reload speed /finesse 15 to 18 , focus on Expertise to lvl 20 after that you can build for you play style ( more agility/ mana/ crit)
