Cerium Decree is a Key Item in Immortal Unchained. Cerium Decree are used to open strongboxes, doors, and portals. There are 36 Cerium Decree available to collect; only 30 are required to open every strongbox, door and portal.

| 2 | Arden | Scar of the Abyss | Climb the ladder in the room with the big door guarded by a Trooper and Surge. Before climbing down the next ladder, go across the narrow bridge guarded by another Surge & Trooper. This is in a Small Strongbox at the end of the bridge. |
| 3 | Arden | Scar of the Abyss | When you reach the room full of water, go straight across the bridge. Turn right through the broken wall. Turn right again to where the Ranger behind the Shield was standing. Open the Strongbox in the corner. |

| Part 1-B - Linking the Nexus of Vigil (Veridian) | |||
| 5 | Veridian | Ashborne Caverns | From the Hidden Cave Obelisk, go out of the cave. Follow the path left past the Defender and Warrior. Go across the narrow bridge. Follow the path around the left side of the rock to the next Defender and Warrior. Go across the narrow bridge. When you reach the 2nd narrow bridge, where the shielded Trooper is, drop down to the ledge on the right. This is in a Small Strongbox on the ledge. |
| 6 | Veridian | Ashborne Caverns | From the Underground Waterfall Obelisk, follow the path until you reach the swamp full of Vine Traps and Contaminators. Once you reach the end of the swamp you will see a Trooper behind a Shield on the rocks to the right. This is located in a Strongbox behind the Trooper. |

| 8 | Veridian | Forbidden Forest | In the 2nd location you meet Orin, go through the stone archway. This is in a Small Strongbox along the left wall between the tree and bush. |
| 9 | Veridian | Forbidden Forest | In a strongbox in the pit where you meet Orin for the 3rd time. From the Forgotten Ruins Obelisk, go through the bushes to the hidden path. Climb down the ladder and go right. Go through the first stone archway. Before going through the 2nd stone archway, follow the path to the left. The hole to the pit will on the left at the end of the path. |

As you are going up the stairs, there will be a path between the last broken pillar on the left and the archway before the ruins. This is in a small strongbox at the end of the path. |

| 13 | Apexion | Skypath | From the Cliff's Edge Obelisk, head down the hill. This will be in a Strongbox on the right. |
| 14 | Apexion | Sanctum of Fate | Open the Large Strongbox rewarded for defeating Soothsayer Commander. |
| 15 | The Core | Grand Hall | After connecting the 3rd Nexus the Grand Hall will be invaded by multiple waves of Enemies. After defeating the last enemy a Large Strongbox will appear between the portals to Veridian and Apexion. Open the strongbox to obtain this Decree. |

| Part 2-A - Iska's Heart of Grief (Arden) | |||
| 16 | Arden | The Charnels | From the Warehouse Obelisk, go out the door and up the stairs. Go across the bridge guarded by a Corrupted Berserker. Go through the next two doors into the next room with a Grunt and 3 Corrupted Berserkers. Go through this room and into the large room with the Molten Knight. Open the door behind the Molten Knight for the shortcut to the Soul Furnace. After entering the Soul Furnace, before going across the bridge, follow the building around to the right. This will be in the Small Strongbox in a corner on the right side of the building.

| 17 | Arden | Soul Furnace | From the Courtyard Obelisk, head right (away from The Charnels entrance). There will be an arch-like structure on the right with a tripwire trap in the doorway. Go through or around the archway and into the side path on the right. Before heading up the hill, follow the left wall around the rock. This will be in a Strongbox behind the rock. |

Go up the stairs and across the narrow bridge on the right. This is in the Small Strongbox on the right directly after crossing over the 2nd bridge. |

| 22 | Veridian | Cinderwoods | From the Charred Corpse Obelisk, head down and go through the left opening between the two rocks. Go through the opening in-front of you between a tree (left) and rock (right). This is in a Small Strongbox on the right side of the area. OR From the Cinderwoods Gate, go forward until you reach the portal on your left. At the next large rock in-front of you, turn left and go behind the tree. This is in a Small Strongbox on the right side of the area. |
| 23 | Veridian | Cinderwoods | From the Ruined Temple Obelisk, go down the steps and through the ruins until you reach the other side. In front of you will be a curved stone structure. To the right of the structure will be a stone pillar leaning at a 45 deg angle. This is in a Small Strongbox behind the leaning pillar. |
| 24 | Veridian | Molten Crag | From the Ruined Temple Obelisk, head left to the Molten Crag. In the area with the large machine guarded by a Bellower & 2 Halberd Knights, go right across the narrow bridge over the lava towards the cave. Go right again across the lower, narrow bridge back over the lava. This will be in the Small Strongbox at the end of the rock path. OR From the Lava Fields Obelisk, Go through the tunnel behind the Bellower back to the area with the large drill and 2 Halberd Knights. Go left and across the narrow bridge over the lava towards the cave. Go right across the lower narrow bridge back over the lava. This is in a Small Strongbox at the end of the rock path. |

From the Magma Lake Obelisk, follow the path down until you reach the central platform with a pillar and two locked Large Strongboxes. Continue straight across to the far wall. Turn right and follow the wall to the portal. Go through the portal to Remnant World - The Corral. |

| 29 | Apexioin | Legislative Archives | From the Citadel Gates Obelisk, go through the giant doorway into the Legislative Archives. When you get to the room with a 2nd floor. Walk forward to the open area on the 1st floor with the Energy Shield. Go left. This is in the Strongbox on the left wall hidden between two support beams to the left of the giant bookshelf. |
| 30 | Apexion | Legislative Archives | From the Citadel Gates Obelisk, go through the giant doorway into the Legislative Archives. When you get to the room with a 2nd floor, take the right staircase up to the second floor. Go past the portal on your left. This is in the Small Strongbox in the corner along the railing.

When you get to the room with a 2nd floor, take either staircase up to the 2nd floor. Continue through the room and up the stairs. At the top of the stairs there will be a pressure-plate trap and a door on your right. Go through the door and down the stairs. Go right through the pillars and around the broken structure into the next room. Drop down to the 1st floor using the broken path to your right or the staircase on the left. This is in a Strongbox in the right corner of the room on the side closest to the room's entrance. |
| 32 | Apexion | Legislative Archives | From the Library Obelisk, head up the steps and follow the path through the room with the Frost Knight. Continue along the path until you reach the next room with a 2nd floor where you'll face a number of Shade (orange-winged teleporter). From the room's entrance, go forward under the 2nd floor, When you reach the "lamp," turn around to your right. This is in the Strongbox against the wall near the lamp. |

From the Abandoned Halls Obelisk, head outside to the Outlook Promenade. Take the small staircase down to the right of the 1st area where you fight a Grunt, Defender, and Advanced Phalanx. Go through portal to Remnant World - The Observatory. |
| 34 | Apexion | Seat of the Senate | From the Reliquary Obelisk, follow the path past the obelisk to the hallway with 2 Juggernauts. Go to left past the rubble into the room with Grunts & Aberrants. Go through the door on the far side of the room. Go left to fight a Grunt & Juggernaut. Continue down the left path. At the top of the steps will be 2 Advanced Defenders. In the room with the water raining from the ceiling there will be an Abberant that will spawn in to your left, an Advanced Defender behind the rubble on the right, and an Advanced Defender on the 2nd floor on the right. Go through the door on your right up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Follow the path to the right, DO NOT go across the bridge on the left. This is in a Strongbox at the end of the right path near the rubble; against the wall behind the next to last statue. |

From the Throne Room Obelisk, turn around and head towards the door leading to the Seat of the Senate. There will be a portal on the right wall between the last 2 pillar-like structures in the room. Go through the portal on the right to Remnant World - The Howl. |

From the Transference Chamber Obelisk, head out into The Cauldrons and turn right and go up the stairs. Go left across the narrow bridge before the armor shrine and defeat the Drone Lord. Go up the stairs and across the narrow bridge on the right. Go up the steps and defeat another Drone Lord, Advanced Trooper & 2 Deviants. Go down the sloped path until you reach the 2 Grunts. Go across the narrow path to the left. Go through the portal to Remnant World - Northen Palisades. |
